FEELIT Pillow Warranty Coverage

At FEELIT, we take pride in offering high-quality pillows designed for comfort, support, and longevity. All our pillows come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

1. What’s Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

  • Foam or fill integrity (e.g., sagging beyond 1 inch not caused by improper use)

  • Stitching or seams that unravel prematurely

  • Fabric tears not caused by external factors

  • Zippers or closures that malfunction without physical damage

2. What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Regular wear and tear due to use

  • Preference-based complaints (e.g., firmness, size, feel)

  • Damage caused by:

    • Mishandling, accidents, or abuse

    • Exposure to liquids, moisture, or heat

    • Improper washing or storage

  • Discoloration or stains due to sweat, cosmetics, or external agents

  • Pillows used in commercial or institutional environments

3. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at contact@ifeelit.in with:

    • Order ID / Invoice

    • Clear images of the issue

    • Description of the defect

  2. Our team will assess the claim and respond within 3–5 business days.

  3. If approved:

    • We will offer a free replacement of the affected pillow or part.

    • In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be provided at our discretion.

4. Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims

  • Within 3 months of purchase: We will bear the return and re-shipping costs.

  • After 3 months: The customer may need to bear return shipping charges.

5. Additional Notes

  • Warranty is applicable only for purchases made directly via www.ifeelit.in or our authorized marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

  • For claims made via third-party sellers, proof of purchase must be provided.

  • In case of discontinued models, we may offer a similar or upgraded replacement.

6. Care for Longevity

To maintain your pillow warranty, please:

  • Use a clean pillow cover or protector

  • Do not expose the pillow to moisture

  • Avoid machine washing unless specified
