1. Our Commitment

At FEELIT, we aim to deliver premium sleep products that genuinely enhance your rest and comfort. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.


2. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-night return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • You experience discomfort or dissatisfaction despite reasonable usage.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Not eligible if:

  • The product shows signs of misuse, stains, or damage after delivery.

  • The return request is made after the 7-day period.

  • Packaging is missing or significantly damaged.

  • The product was purchased on sale or marked as non-returnable.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team via:

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

Once verified, our team will arrange a return pickup from your location (if serviceable) or guide you through manual return shipping.


4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund:

  • Refund Mode: Original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking)

  • Refund Timeline: 7–10 business days after quality check

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item


5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you'd like a different variant, please return your product and place a new order.


6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the return process must be followed.


7. Note on Hygiene & Safety

Pillows are personal-use items. We maintain strict hygiene protocols. Returned items must be unused or minimally used(with protective cover where applicable) for refund eligibility.
