Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:
Free Cancellation:

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at no charge.

Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch—whichever comes first.
Not Eligible for Cancellation:

If the order has already been processed or dispatched.

If the product has been custom-packed or specially made.

Return Policy
We take great pride in the quality of FEELIT products. However, if you are not satisfied, here’s how returns work:
Return Eligibility:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be in original condition – clean, undamaged, and with packaging intact.

Returns are accepted only once per household per product variant, for hygiene and health reasons.
Not Eligible for Return:

If the product shows visible signs of damage, stains, misuse, or rough handling.

Returns after 7 days of delivery.

Items purchased at discount under a final sale or non-returnable condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Reason for return

Images of the product (front, back, and packaging)

Once approved, we will:

Arrange a reverse pickup (if serviceable)

Or request you to courier the item manually to our warehouse address

Refund Process
Once the returned item passes our quality inspection:

Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in case of wrong or defective products
Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer exchanges. You may initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Important Note on Pillows
FEELIT pillows are personal hygiene products. For health & safety reasons, only minimally used items are eligible for return. We recommend using a cover during the trial period if you are unsure.
